In the group, we will
- Introduce ourselves to each other
- Go inside to connect with our parts for three minutes in silence
- Share what feels comfortable
- Discuss the specific IFS topic, with Melissa answering questions from 2,350 hours of IFS training and 23+ years of experience
- Watch a 20-minute IFS demonstration
- Take 10–15 minutes for personal practice, then share about it
- Close with a word or phrase we're taking away
