Some exiles seek a "redeemer" for the love and understanding they didn't receive. Legacy burdens and undermining beliefs fuel limerence cycles that range from mild to life-disrupting. The IFS goal: show these exiles that Self can provide the support and love they seek outside — so they can make the u-turn inward.
